1. General Shipping Information

Upfice is committed to processing and shipping your order promptly. We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your purchases efficiently.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our total delivery time includes Handling Time (processing the order) plus Transit Time (shipping).

Step Duration Details
Handling Time (Processing) 0–2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) Time taken to verify, tailor, and package your order.
Transit Time (Shipping) 5–8 Business Days (Mon-Fri) Time the carrier takes to deliver the package after pickup.
Total Estimated Delivery 5–10 Business Days The estimated total time from placing the order to receiving it (within the Continental U.S.).

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays.

Order Cut-off Time

  • The order cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).

  • Orders placed before the 5:00 PM CT cut-off time will begin the Handling Time on that same business day.

  • Orders placed after the 5:00 PM CT cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Special Destination Shipping Fee

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. The following 9 territories/states carry a $14.99 fee: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP). We currently do not ship to American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or the Marshall Islands.

 


4. Shipping Destinations (Regions Covered)

Upfice currently ships to all 50 United States, Independent Nations, postal designations and the following territories: Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Palau, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

  • We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states under our standard rates (including the free shipping over $49 offer).

  • We ship to the nine non-contiguous destinations listed in Section 3, subject to the $14.99 Special Destination Shipping Fee.

  • We do not currently ship to the following U.S. locations: American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or the Marshall Islands and any other locations not explicitly listed above.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped (i.e., once the Handling Time is complete) containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt of the email.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Delays

Upfice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Goods: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@upfice.com for assistance.

  • Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen carrier issues. We appreciate your patience. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
